Zhen Liu is a PhD candidate in the Food Quality and Design group, and Sensory Science and Eating Behavior group at Wageningen University. Zhen received her MSc in Food Science and Technology from Nanjing Agriculture University in China. Her current research focuses on the influence of oral processing behaviour on gut microbiome and metabolites.
